29 year old Philip “Quicksilver” Bowes has made a fine start to his career with 6 unbeaten fights but now takes on a massive step up in class when he takes on former British Champion Paul Appleby as a special feature in the “Lionheart and Braveheart” show promoted by Steve Goodwin of Goodwin Promotions at York Hall on December 7th.    IBF Junior Middleweight Champion “King” Carlos Molina is making good on his promise to be a “people’s champion”, as he continues to interact with the public in his beloved Chicago while waiting for his next big fight. Last Friday at Curie High School on Chicago’s Southwest side, Molina and WBA # 6 heavyweight “Fast” Fres Oquendo were guests of honor at Curie’s annual Community Fall Festival. The pair signed autographs, posed for photos and spoke to young people about the importance of hard work. “This is an amazing event, and it feels really good to give back to my neighborhood. MIAMI (November 26, 2013) – Three-time, two-division world champion Randall “KO King” Bailey (44-8, 37 KOs) returned to the ring last Saturday night in Tampa for his first fight in 13 months, defeating Ecuador welterweight Humberto “Bam Bam” Toledo (41-11-2, 25 KOs) by way of an eighth-round disqualification for the vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) International belt.
