Fight Promotions, Inc. signs 2016 Olympian, Heavyweight Bahodr Jalolov to multi-year promotional contract

New York, NY (February 5, 2018) Fight Promotions Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of 2016 Olympian, super heavyweight Bakhodir Jalolov of Uzbekistan, to a promotional contract.   Jalolov, who was the flag-bearer for Uzbekistan for the 2016 Olympics, is a 6'6" power puncher who participated in approximately 97 amateur bouts, winning 84 by mostly first round knockouts. The 23 year-old is a towering knockout artist who won a myriad of international tournaments including a bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships, and a Gold medal at the 2017 Asian championships. In a rare case of big time championship boxing in the Mediterranean island state, Prize Boxing Promotions presents a show billed as “Champions Collide” on Saturday February 24 at the Corradino Sports Pavillion in Paola, Malta.  Headlining the bill will be a fight for the vacant World Boxing Federation (WBF) International Super Middleweight title between local hero Christian “Coqqos” Schembri and Italy-based Dominican Christian Arvelo Segura.
