Johnson loses battle, after getting injured in ring

(SEPT 22) Today, Leavander Johnson passed away after suffering a head injury when he fought Jesus Chavez on September 17th, at the MGM Hotel, in Las Vegas, Nevada. “All of my prayers are with Leavander Johnson and his family in this difficult time,” said Chavez. “He was a true warrior with a tremendous heart, and every day I will think of him and say a prayer for him.
