Peter ‘Kid Chocolate’ Quillin Searching for defining fight

Polish Action Hero ‘Diablo’ Wlodarczyk Fight Nominated for “Fight of the Year” and “Dramatic Fight of the Year” by WBC

At the third day of 51st WBC Convention in Bangkok, Thailand, the WBC announced that WBC Cruiserweight Champion Krzysztof "Diablo" Wlodarczyk's dramatic come-from-behind victory over Rakhim Chakhkiev, last June at the Dynamo Palace of Sports in Krylatskoye, Moscow, Russia, has been nominated for Fight of the Year" and "Dramatic Fight of the Year". Making the fifth defense of his title, Wlodarczyk came off the canvas to drop Chakhkiev, a gold medalist 2008 Beijing Olympics, in round six, seven and eight, before finally gaining the stoppage in round eight.
