HONOLULU, HI (July 13, 2016) – Pro Box Management is happy to announce the signing of 2015 U.S.A. Junior Olympic Bronze medalist, Logan Yoon. Yoon, who’ll compete at the lightweight division as a professional, is a native of Honolulu, Hawaii. The 17-year old sensation will turn professional, on September 10, 2016 in Mexico. As an amateur standout, Yoon, an 8-time state champion in Hawaii, won many national titles. The Jr. Olympic Bronze medal, Adidas National Champion, Title National Champion, Jr. National Golden Gloves Champion, and Ringside National Champion, are some of the notable titles won in the amateur ranks.
Standing 5’10, Yoon is of Korean-Puerto Rican decent. He has a rare combination of speed, to go along with his amazing power. With power in both hands, Yoon has become one of the most avoided fighters in the amateurs. As a result, Yoon will take his skills to the professional ranks, and compete in Mexico before turning 18-years old, the legal age to fight in America. Expect Yoon to be on the fast track to a world title.
“I’m ready to take my God given talent to the professional arena,” stated Logan Yoon. “Signing with Pro Box Management is a dream come true for me and my dad, who’s been with me since the beginning. I know with a lot of hard work, everything will pay off in the end. I can’t wait to turn pro in Mexico in September.”
“Logan is a blessing and we are extremely pleased to sign him.” said Pro Box Management’s Henry Rivalta. “He’s a very sharp, poised fighter, who comes forward and can really bang. This kid is only 17-years old and will no doubt become a world champion in my humble opinion. He has terrific skills and I believe he’s going to make a fantastic pro. World get ready for Logan “TP” (Total Package) Yoon.”
