Surge in Boxing Sons Following Fathers into Combat

Tacoma’s Gavronski Ranked No. 13 in the World by WBA

Mike Gavronski took a major step towards realizing his goal of fighting for a world title in 2018 as the Tacoma fighter cracked the World Boxing Association’s Top 15 world rankings for the first time in his career.  Gavronski, the North American Boxing Association super middleweight champion, came in at No. 13 in the most current WBA world rankings. Gavronski (25-2-1, 15 KOs) won the vacant NABA super middleweight title on Nov. 18 after defeating Andrew Hernandez by technical decision. Olympic medalist Nico Hernandez injured, “KO Night Boxing: Gold & Glory” postponed

PARK CITY, Kansas (November 27, 2017) - Due to an injury suffered by 2016 Olympic bronze medalist Nico Hernandez last week at training camp, this Saturday night's "KO Night Boxing: Gold & Glory" card, presented by KO Night Boxing LLC, has been postponed until February 10, at the same venue, Hartman Arena in Park City, Kansas. King’s Promotions is deeply saddened at the passing of Desmond Hammond

Reading, PA (November 14, 2017) - King's Promotions is deeply saddened at the passing of Desmond Hammond. Hammond of Reading, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday morning at the age of 35.  He was at his home and surrounded by his family.  Hammond was the Director of Operations for King's Promotions for the better part of the last three years. He was the nephew of King's Promotions CEO Marshall Kauffman.
