Sumpter was originally slated to fight Milton this past August 6th on the Paul-Hasim Rahman, Jr. PPV card at the famed Madison Square Garden, but the entire card was canceled because Rahman couldn’t make the agreed upon weight. BENSALEM, PA (OCTOBER 10, 2022)--Heavyweight Joey Dawejko won his second bout in five weeks as he won a six-round unanimous decision over Terrell Jamal Woods in the headline bout at Parx Casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.  The card was promoted by Joe Hand Promotions. Dawejko of Philadelphia won by scores of 59-55 twice and 58-56 and is now 23-10-4. Woods of Forrest City, Arkansas is 28-54-9. DeAngelo Fuentes stopped previously undefeated Kevin Ford in round two of their six-round featherweight bout. PHILADELPHIA (October 3, 2022)–Christian Carto scored an eight-round unanimous decision over tough Hector Andres Sosa in front of a huge capacity crowd at 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. The highly entertaining card was promoted by King's Promotions. Carto controlled most of the action by landing quick combinations and solid foot movement. Sosa had some success when he was able to back Carto up on the ropes. Carto was able to land some solid flurries which he worked behind a nice double jab.
