Escalante Gears Up For Biggest Fight of Career

Randall Bailey notches 44th career win Working way back into welterweight mix

MIAMI (November 26, 2013) - Three-time, two-division world champion Randall "KO King" Bailey (44-8, 37 KOs) returned to the ring last Saturday night in Tampa for his first fight in 13 months, defeating Ecuador welterweight Humberto "Bam Bam" Toledo (41-11-2, 25 KOs) by way of an eighth-round disqualification for the vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) International belt. (OCT 28) On Friday night In the feature bout of the evening, scheduled for 8 rounds in the lightweight division, Jorge "Machito" Maysonet Jr., (10-0, 9 KOs) demolished Ramesis Gil (8-5-5, 5 KOs) by way of a first round KO. Serrano believes the second time is a charm!

Tacoma, WA (August 10, 2012) – On June 2, welterweights Nate Serrano and Osvaldo Rojas engaged in one of the most exciting bouts in “Battle at the Boat” history. Serrano, a retired marine who has a gargantuan fan base at the Emerald Queen Casino and Rojas, a rugged Oregonian, slugged it out throughout their unforgettable six round contest. (JUNE 21) On Friday night at the Route 66 Casino Hotel, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in front of a completely packed house of 3,000 boxing fans, in the mainliner, Holly Holm won a 10-round decision over Anne Sophie Mathis, winning the WBAN, IBA, and WBF Welterweight world titles. The final judges’ scores were 96-94, 99-91, and 97-93. The crowd roared when the decision was read that Holm had won the bout. Before this fight took place, WBAN ran a poll on who the boxing fans thought would win this rematch. An over-whelming majority (68%) of those voting at the time voted that Mathis would TKO’d or KO’d Holm again in this second fight. Freddie Roach predicts on upcoming bout between Senchenko vs. Malignaggi

(APR 13)  Five-time Trainer of the Year Freddie Roach predicts the jab of WBA Welterweight Champion Vyacheslav Senchenko will be the difference in his April 29th world title defense against challenger Paulie "Magic Man" Malignaggi, airing live on pay per view from Donboss Arena in Donetsk, Ukraine.
