Danny O’Connor Successfully Defends WBC Title against Steve Claggett

Cabrera Mioletti stays undefeated, wins impressively in Battle at the Boat 115 main event

TACOMA, Wash. – Giovanni Cabrera Mioletti notched easily the most impressive victory of his young career, handing Ray Lampkin, Jr. his first loss in the main event of Battle at the Boat 115 at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Wash. on Saturday.  Cabrera Mioletti improved to 11-0 by knocking out Lampkin (10-1) in the second round of their scheduled 10-round super featherweight bout.  Cabrera Mioletti controlled the pace of the fight from the opening bell, beating his opponent to the punch and showcasing his power on a number of occasions.  Cabrera Mioletti floored Lampkin late in the second round with a right.
