NEW YORK CITY (October 19, 2026) – Undefeated Pryce Taylor (13-0, 8 KOs) has successfully followed the ageless boxing process during the past 2 years and on November 7th in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Brooklyn heavyweight will experience his first title fight as a prizefighter, battling 2020 Ukraine Olympian Tsotne “Mr. T” Rogava (13-1, 8 KOs) for the vacant North American Boxing Federation crown.
Muhammad Ali, George Foreman, Ken Norton, Ray Mercer, and Wladimir Klitschko are former NABF heavyweight champions, among the more notables, to wear the coveted strap around their waists.
“I can’t wait to win the NABF belt,” a confident Taylor said. “I’ve always believed I could be a champion and now I have my shot. It’s been a life goal for me. A win should get me in the WBC ratings and that’s when I can get some big fights.”
The 6’ 3”, 265-pound Rogava represents a major step up for Taylor, the 6’ 4”, 275-pounder who was a standout amateur boxer as was Rogava. They will throw down in the ten-round main event, streaming live from Kiva Auditorium.
First, Taylor proved he could go ten hard rounds and on Nov 7, he has a chance to prove he’s a world-class fighter capable of challenging for the world title in the not- too-distant future.
“Pryce Taylor continues to climb the heavyweight ladder, and competing for the NABF Heavyweight Championship is another significant step toward our ultimate goal of a world title,” added Keith Sullivan, President of Sullivan Management. “Pryce has the size, talent, discipline, and determination to become a major force in the heavyweight division. We have been deliberate on building his career, and now he’s entering the stage where every fight carries greater significance.
