Jose Sniper Pedraza Captures IBO World Title. Paredes and Rivera Win Pro Debuts

PONCE, PUERTO RICO (March 23, 2014) - Last night at the auditorium Juan Pachin Vicens in Ponce, Puerto, undefeated super featherweight contender, Jose "Sniper" Pedraza (16-0, 10 KOs) captured the vacant International Boxing Organization super featherweight world title, with a dominating unanimous decision victory against Mexico's Alberto "Kichis" Garza (26-7-1, 21 KOs).  Scorecards read 119-109, 118-110 and 117-111. PUERTO RICAN AMATEUR STARS PAREDES & RIVERA READY TO MAKE PRO DEBUT'S MARCH 22 IN PONCE, PUERTO RICO  PUERTO RICO- Gary Shaw Productions newly signed amateur stars, Luis Paredes and Jean "Chapito" Rivera will be making their pro debuts this Saturday, March 22 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, on the undercard of Jose Pedraza (15-0, 10 KOs) vs. Alberto Garza (26-6-1, 21 KOs).
