PONCE, PUERTO RICO (Aug. 16, 2017) Alberto "Explosivo" Machado (18-0, 15 KOs) scored an impressive unanimous decision victory against Carlos "The Solution" Morales (16-2-3, 6 KOs) to unify the NABO and NABA Super Featherweight titles in the main event of Golden Boy Boxing on ESPN at Ferial de Puerto Rico in Ponce. Both fighters reawakened the historic rivalry between Puerto Rico and Mexico that once again produced fireworks. Jaron Ennis and Brandun Lee Remain Undefeated in DC

WASHINGTON D.C. - AUGUST 15, 2017 - Victory Boxing Promotions continues to keep its top talent in the ring, with Jaron "Boots" Ennis and Brandun Lee adding wins to their records Saturday at the historic Howard Theatre in Washington DC. In the co-main event, Ennis defeated veteran Ricardo Cano via stoppage 40 seconds into the first round of their bout, improving to 14-0, 12KO. LaManna decisions Velasquez in Atlantic City

ATLANTIC CITY (JUNE 12, 2017) -- This past Saturday, welterweight Thomas LaManna won an eight-round unanimous decision over veteran Carlos Winston Velasquez that headlined a card at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.  The show was the 8th consecutive capacity capacity crowd promoted by Rising Promotions at the Claridge. LaManna dominated the action with power shots that he landed behind a long jab throughout the contest.  Velasquez was game as he took a lot of shots and landed an occasional power shot.  LaManna sealed the deal in the final round when he landed a flush 4-punch combination that put Velasquez on the canvas. Salita Strikes Again, as ‘Detroit Brawl’ Leaves Motown Boxing Fans Breathless

Promoter Dmitriy Salita and his matchmaker, Dennis Turner, did it again tonight (Saturday, November 12) with their latest "Detroit Brawl" at the Masonic Temple in Downtown Detroit, as they put on another terrific night of fights.  The left side of the bout sheet is never a haven on a Salita show and tonight was another example of that. Petr Petrov earns mandatory WBA lightweight title shot with stoppage over Michael Perez

Indio, CA (October 3, 2016) - Petr Petrov (38-4-2, 19 KO's) earned a mandatory world title shot at the WBA Lightweight title with a stoppage after 6 rounds over Michael Perez in a scheduled 12 round bout at the Fantasy Springs Casino Resort in Indio, California.  In round 2, Perez was bloodied over his right eye, and Petrov was cut on his forehead. Later in the round, Petrov dropped Perez with a hard right to the head. Petrov continued the assault as he battered and hurt Perez with evenly dispersed punches to the head and body. Team Commey disappointed with decision, demand rematch

Ghanaian lightweight star Richard Commey was left bitterly disappointed following the decision to his vacant IBF World title fight with Robert Easter Jr last Friday at the Santander Arena in Reading, Pennsylvania.  The 29 year-old from Accra found himself on the wrong end of a split decision, with judges John McKaie (114-113) and Craig Smith (113-114) separating the fighters by a single point, and Ron McNair (112-115) giving the home fighter a three point lead, despite a close fight and Commey scoring an eighth-round knockdown.
